Why Lift Video Production
We've built our business around Australia's transport and logistics sector — depots, yards, distribution centres, cold chain facilities, prime movers and the road in between. We understand how operators run, where the pressure points sit, and what content actually moves the needle for a transport business: winning more work, attracting drivers, telling a culture story, or keeping people safe.
We're not generalists who occasionally film a truck.
We focus on:
Strategic concepts tied to real business outcomes — not video for the sake of video
Real drivers, operators, schedulers and leaders on camera, never actors
Pre-interviews before filming so stories are authentic and people are confident in front of the camera
Crews that move safely on live operational sites — white card, high-vis compliant, two hands on the wheel
Distribution-first thinking — every shoot day can produce a hero film, social cut-downs, photography, b-roll and trade show assets so one investment fuels months of content
We work as a strategic partner, not just a production company. Embedded with your marketing, ops or HR team to make sure every video lands with the audience that matters — customers, drivers, contractors or your own people.

What our clients are saying
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes - we love creating videos for the transport and logistics industry. We've delivered work for Linfox, Volvo Group Australia, Mack Trucks, Coolway Trans, Sidelink Transport, Container Transport Alliance Australia, Ron Finemore Transport and more. Across depots, yards, prime movers, cold chain facilities and live operational sites. Our crews know how to move on site, when to stay out of the way, and how to get the shot without holding up the operation.
-
Yes. We're based in Melbourne but film across Australia regularly, depots, distribution centres, ports, cold storage facilities and regional yards. We run a national freelance network so we can scale crews up for multi-site shoots. If your operation spans states, we'll plan a shoot schedule that minimises travel cost and downtime.
-
Yes it's how we work. Transport operations don't stop, and we don't expect them to. We plan around shift changes, loading windows, dispatch peaks and safety zones. Our crews are inducted, high-vis compliant, and stay out of the way of moving plant. We capture the real rhythm of your operation rather than staging it, which is what makes the content feel authentic.
-
You can use our pricing calculator to get a ballpark cost for your business.
-
Most transport projects run around six weeks from kick-off to final delivery. That breaks down roughly as: one to two weeks of pre-production (brief, pre-interviews, shoot planning, site visits if needed), one to three days on site filming, and two to three weeks in post-production and revisions.
We can move faster when you're working to a trade show, tender deadline or compliance date just tell us upfront and we'll plan the schedule around it.
Bigger multi-site or multi-asset projects (recruitment campaigns, full induction systems) typically run eight to twelve weeks.
-
Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.
Lift Video Production are a proud member of the Refrigerated Warehousing & Transport Association (RWTA).
Lift is a member of the RWTA, the peak body for Australia's cold chain industry. Membership matters to us because cold chain isn't a side project for Lift. It's a sector we actively work in, learn from, and contribute to. We're on the ground at industry events, in conversation with operators, and across the issues shaping the future of refrigerated transport, driver shortages, sustainability, compliance, food safety, and the next generation of cold chain technology.
